I generally don't go to Starbucks due to their tendency to burn their beverages. However, this particular one gave me a decent cup of coffee. I wasn't overly thrilled with it being filled with homeless people. But I do appreciate Starbucks believing they may help a little. However, it does degrade the fortune they spend trying to make it cozy.

I like this Starbucks Location too. Staffs are friendly and prompt. It is relaxing to spend sometime here in the morning. This is the first time for me to visit Portland but I am happy that I found here.

I like this Starbucks location, comfortable environment & atmosphere. Staff are friendly, it's very close to my apartment so I always come here before work to get myself an ice coffee. Clayton knows my drink by heart. This store is definite a great addition to the neighborhood.

I’m a regular visitor of this Starbucks. I work in the area and have great experiences with all the employees who have been there for several months. However the 3 star rating is for the service I receive from one particular new employee. This employee Simply doesn’t give a friendly greeting or even greet us when we approach to order. It’s disheartebjng considering everyone else is in there being very positive. If you don’t like your job in customer service then maybe find something else.

I love Starbucks! The one in Old Town, and all of the Starbucks in Portland, are wonderful. I can always count on them for a hot drink on a cold day, or just some free water and sugar when I need them most.
